The deepest dive by a person without using any equipment was by Angela Bandini, who went down to 107 metres. However, a dive of 133 metres has been recorded by a diver using Scuba diving equipment. In 1960, two people traveled 11 kms to the bottom of the deepest ocean trench, in a submersible called the bathyscaphe… and you can’t go deeper than that!
